This building site is a massive hole geographically speaking. And originally there was a large drainage ditch that ran right through where the home will be going. So we have completely moved the water drainage ditch to maximize buildable space. The ditch is mostly sand at the moment but we will be using the organic material we strip from where the building pad will be to seal up the drainage ditch and start roughing in the yard.

If you’re curious why stairs are expensive. Here’s your answer, this stair system has
106 feet of 2x12.
125 feet of deck boards.
24 feet of fascia.
And 40 feet of riser boards.
To frame and finish this took 14 hours.

Successful day for decking, fascia, and framing 1 of the two stair sets.

Talk about a transformation in less then a month! A full pond and happy customers, that’s what it’s about.
