Most of our posts show the glorious part of the job but I have to admit this sucked. 3 big companies looked at the job and never even sent a quote which brought us here. 500’ long 6” main sewer with tying in 4 additional houses. No equipment due to the terrain and crossing a natural stream. 3’ deep in some spots and 7’ deep in others. Just shovels, lots of stone, soil, and a few hard working guys.

We crushed this bathroom remodel. Full gut, all new circuits, all new plumbing, and vaulted the ceiling. Reconfigured the space to make it more functional. This room feels 10x bigger!

This rental had 3 leaks within the same year from a unit above. Ripped out first floor bathroom to replace all drains and water lines to both units. Updated electrical and wrapped it up with some modern touches.

This wasn’t just your average bathroom. A broken stack pipe ran through the stone fireplace in the living room. We rerouted all new drainage and water lines across the living room ceiling and into the adjacent closet to connect with the basement soil line. Updated the bathroom and was able to popcorn the whole living room ceiling to match the original 1926 house. The men made this very tricky job possible.

Even the smaller projects can make such a difference! whirlpool bath tub and corian wall removal. 6’ long soaking tub and all new waterproofing with a really cool textured wavy subway tile.

Removal of small bedroom closet and additional bedroom door on master. Relocated duct work to the first floor. Framed hallway for attic steps to eliminate small hatch in closet. Added double doors and new closet to customers specification.

Nice transformation on this one. Removed soffit and re-framed the rear wall flat for new vanity. Rough plumbed adjacent room for future laundry while bathroom was open.

Shower only overhaul. Old shower had a pan that was leaking into the kitchen below. Carefully removed the existing shower to not disturb the rest of the bathroom. Installed all new pan, waterproof board and tile. Matched style with all new travertine.

80 year old boiler got a nice upgrade right in time for it to be 30 degrees. 2 zone system with switching relay for circulators.
