What a great project to be able to help these homeowners with, from the consultation through the end of the project the whole process was streamlined. The backyard turf area had large depressions and sink hole from settling over the last 15 years. With the addition of some dirt and grading we got this area on grade for new Zeon Zoysia turf.

Finally, we added some new stone for drainage mitigation to help slow down the water flow in backyard and a new pathway for the customer. The customer requested bigger stone for the pathway for future equipment traffic from the driveway to backyard. We installed a geofabric driveway material under the river rock to help settling and compression of the material into the ground.

What a great project we finished up before the Christmas holiday. Homeowners finished putting in a new pool and we came in and put the final touches on an awesome new outdoor area. New landscaping included;

Homeowners were having issues with their backyard flooding during the heavy rains this year. We tied into an existing drainage basin and added both a larger basin (20") box plus a sump pump box to help discharge the water in a timely manner.
