VIP Home Protection Membership

If Green Up Renovations LLC has installed your roof, you can enroll in our VIP Home Protection Membership for $450 per year.

Our goal is simple: help your roofing system, siding transitions, flashing, and drainage components perform as intended for as long as possible.

Oklahoma homes take a beating from wind, hail, heat, freezing temperatures, and severe storms. Small maintenance issues can become expensive problems when they go unnoticed.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES

Twice each membership year, Green Up Renovations will perform a detailed roof maintenance inspection and document the condition of your roofing system.

Your $450 annual membership includes up to $450 in qualifying maintenance and minor repairs performed during your scheduled inspections or throughout your active membership year.

This means your membership provides full value in qualifying maintenance and minor repairs.

We will inspect and address qualifying maintenance items such as:

* Exposed or backed-out roofing nails
* Sealant and caulking maintenance
* Pipe jack and plumbing vent collars
* Cracked, loose, or damaged ridge-cap areas
* Roof-to-wall flashing areas
* Siding and fasteners around roof-to-wall transitions
* Flashing penetrations and vulnerable water-entry points
* Other minor preventative roofing maintenance
* Documentation of completed work
* Documentation and recommendations for repairs that may require additional work

Our objective is to catch the small things before they become big things.

$450 IN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE VALUE

Your membership is not simply paying for someone to look at your roof.

Your annual membership provides up to $450 in qualifying preventative maintenance and minor repair services during your active membership year.

When we find qualifying maintenance items within that allowance, we can address them instead of simply handing you a list of problems.

The membership allowance applies to qualifying maintenance and minor repairs only. Storm damage, major repairs, material replacement, structural work, extensive labor, or other work outside the membership scope will be documented and quoted separately before additional work is performed.

STORM DAMAGE MEMBER DISCOUNT

If your home experiences storm damage while your membership is active, Green Up Renovations will inspect the damage and help determine the appropriate next steps.

If additional repairs are needed beyond the maintenance included with your membership, active members receive $100 off the base price of the next qualifying repair.

This discount applies to the next qualifying repair performed by Green Up Renovations after the storm-related damage is documented. It does not apply to insurance deductibles, material-only purchases, emergency services, major reconstruction, or work outside the scope of the membership.

VIP GUTTER CLEANING ACCESS

Active members also receive access to our VIP gutter cleaning service for an additional service fee.

Keeping gutters flowing properly helps move water away from your roof, siding, fascia, foundation, and home.

We believe a premium roofing system deserves premium maintenance.

A roof that is properly maintained has the best opportunity to reach its intended service life. Properly maintained siding and flashing help keep water outside the home. Clean, functioning gutters help move that water safely away.

At the same time, your membership helps support the Green Up Renovations team so we can continue providing professional inspections, maintenance, documentation, and service to the customers and contractors who support our company.

As we close out another month at Green Up Renovations, we want to take a moment to recognize it for what it is: another milestone completed.

Every roof, every repair, every early morning, long day, phone call, challenge, and completed project represents progress. None of it happens without the people who continue to trust us and the hardworking crews and contractors who show up every day to get the job done.

An Update from Green Up Renovations 🏠

We want to give our customers, friends, and community a quick update on where Green Up Renovations is headed.

We are fortunate to work with contractors who keep our crews busy every day of the week. Over the years, we have also made a strong effort to provide free estimates and sell projects directly to homeowners. While we appreciate every opportunity we’ve been given, we’ve found ourselves investing a significant amount of time preparing detailed quotes that ultimately never move forward.

There are no hard feelings — we’re simply adjusting where we invest our time.

Moving forward, our priority will be supporting our contracting partners, active customers, loyal past customers, and referrals from friends and family. Because our crews and current projects come first, response times through our page may occasionally be longer than they have been in the past. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Need a roof or renovation estimate?

We’re still happy to help. Detailed quotes will be available as a paid service for customers who are prepared to review, sign, and move forward once pricing and scope are agreed upon.

If you’re simply collecting several estimates with no intention of proceeding, we respectfully ask that you not request a detailed quote from us. Our time is better spent taking care of the customers and contractors who have already placed their trust in our company.

For years, we’ve invested our time providing free inspections, advice, and estimates. At this stage of our business, we’re choosing to place a greater value on that time and expertise.

We understand that our approach won’t be the right fit for everyone — and that’s okay. There are plenty of different contractors and business models available. For the customers who value the way we operate, our experience, and the quality of work we provide, we’ll continue working hard to take care of you.
