This one was a big project, I’m very satisfied with how it turned out, let me know what you think

We pulled up the entire subfloor, replaced around 40 floor joists, installed 28 piers underneath the home, laid new subfloor, and laid some nice LVP.

🔨 Pool Deck Project Completed! 🔨

This one was a little different. The original framing had already been started, but it wasn’t built the way it should have been. We came in, corrected the issues, finished the deck properly, installed the decking, built the railing system, and turned it into a safe, solid, and great-looking outdoor space the homeowners can enjoy for years to come. Will be adding more railing and gate atop the stairs soon! Also pouring a concrete walkway!!

Big transformation on this garage project! 🔧💡

We removed the wild homemade “jungle gym” light setup hanging from the ceiling and cleaned everything up the right way. Installed two new ceiling outlets, added two bright new LED shop lights along with a new main light fixture, and moved the light switch to a much more convenient location for the homeowner.

We also repaired the garage door, got it opening and closing correctly again, and programmed a new garage door clicker to finish everything off. Clean, functional, and a whole lot safer than before!

Another bathroom update wrapped up by Ceruti’s Handyman Services!

We demoed the old vanity after finding mold underneath, then remediated the area before installing a brand-new vanity, resetting the countertop, installing new sinks and faucets, and redoing the plumbing underneath. We also trimmed out around the mirrors, recaulked the whirlpool bath tub, and replaced the shower kit, including the manifold, along with adding a new access panel behind the shower.

Another clean upgrade and a much better finish for this bathroom. Give us a call for all your needs no matter how small or big!

🚿 Brand new shower trim kit install
🚽 New toilet installed
🚰 New sink faucet upgrade

Out with the old, in with the new — everything is now working properly, looking clean, and built to last.

This shower had a leak that led to moisture damage and mold behind the tile. We opened it up, removed the damaged area, and rebuilt it the right way.

✔️ Removed affected materials
✔️ Repaired and reinforced backing
✔️ Installed new tile to match existing
✔️ Clean grout lines and sealed finish

Now it’s solid, sealed, and looking like nothing ever happened.
