She or he shed to the max! a beautiful workshop shed makeover, my design approved and built.- dredge a line for electrical- tie in power and insulation, sheet ceilings and walls , tape, mud, prim and paint, then build custom granite bench top like a kitchen, and trim everything, flip outs work areas custom built in California cabinets. build as a climate control unit to for heat out the gable when you hot out and heat up when not 70 degrees…

Last year this was my biggest basement remodel of the year. - with so many additives for climate control, like foam board insulation on all walls floors with a dry lock and a plastic layer to prevent moisture and quark backed floating floor
Insulated spray foamed all footing 💯 filled cavities. HVAC ducking for climate control.
Separate rooms for water main, the electrical panel, and the furnace with designated zones
1158 sqft of basement.
In total 5 rooms and set of custom oak seamless staircase built over existing. Along with drop ceiling and maximum amount of light to create an amazing addition to this already beautiful home. It was one of my favorite builds so I thought I’d share.
