Deck project complete! We had to take off this ipe deck, which was in fine shape, and replace all of the framing. The pressure treated framing was completely rotted out. To ensure this didn’t happen again we put the framing on top of footings to get it off the ground and allow proper drainage. Feel free to reach out for your next home improvement project!
