“My wife and I purchased a property a few miles outside of Brandon, South Dakota. We wanted to build our custom home on a 4-acre plot. After talking with a few builders, we picked Start-To-Finish Builders. Our discussions with John convinced us that he could help us with our dream home. John worked with us to complete our home design. John used local contractors to get estimates and provide us with a bid. The construction started in April 2025 and completed in October 2025, exactly how John had told us it would go. John allowed me to stay engaged during the construction, which I really appreciated. Karen was there with us as we made many selections of products for our custom home. The local contractors were scheduled and well-coordinated, so each phase was completed with the next crew ready to go, even when weather was not cooperating. John and Karen communicated well with us, keeping us informed and making sure we were getting the home we had hoped for. The final result was indeed what we wanted.”
