Weekly Spotlight: The Warrington's Home in Mockingtrail Square
This week at BUCO, LLC, we’re excited to showcase a custom home that beautifully balances modern luxury, timeless character, and everyday comfort.
The bright white-brick exterior creates a clean, welcoming first impression, complemented by bold black accents, expansive windows, and thoughtfully designed landscaping. Inside, warm wood flooring and a soft neutral palette provide the perfect backdrop for layers of texture, color, and personality.
At the heart of the home, the kitchen features floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, an oversized island, professional-style appliances, statement pendant lighting, and a custom metal range hood accented with warm brass details. The adjoining living area continues the elevated design with a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, integrated entertaining space, illuminated cabinetry, and carefully selected finishes.
Throughout the home, distinctive details make every room feel special—from textured wall treatments and curated artwork to custom millwork, designer lighting, and contrasting cabinetry. The bathrooms bring their own personality, including serene green tile, sleek glass enclosures, bold black finishes, vessel sinks, and spa-inspired fixtures.
A comfortable screened porch extends the living space outdoors, creating a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the view in every season. And, of course, a beautiful home isn’t complete until its four-legged family members feel at home, too!
Every element reflects the homeowners’ individual style while maintaining a comfortable, cohesive flow. This is what custom building is all about: creating a home that looks exceptional, functions beautifully, and feels personal from the moment you walk through the door.
Thank you to the Warrington family for trusting us to build a place you'll call home for years to come.
