Closing day AND sod day?! It doesn’t get much better than this. 🏡🔑
After wrapping up our final walk-through yesterday, we officially handed over the keys to this stunning grey house today. To make it even better, the crew from Werx is right behind us rolling out fresh sod on both of these new builds. It is amazing how much a green yard completely transforms the look of a new construction home.
Congratulations to the new homeowners, and a huge thank you to the landscaping crew hustling out there in the sun today!

Sun's out, shingles are down! ☀️🔨
To everyone who drove by this winter while we were framing in the freezing cold and thought, "These guys are absolutely nuts"... you were right. 😂 But all those numb fingers are paying off now!
Getting a home "dried in" is a massive milestone. It means our interior crews can keep working no matter what the Minnesota spring weather decides to throw at us next.
Big shoutout to the roofing crew for the crisp work laying down these Owens Corning shingles today, and to our partners at for keeping us supplied with the top-notch materials needed to get it done. The finish line is getting closer!

Rolling out the yellow carpet! 🌾

When you build in Minnesota, managing the spring thaw is half the battle. We’re out here getting this driveway grade stabilized and rolling out erosion control matting before the rest of that snow decides to melt.

It’s not the most glamorous part of building a custom home, but keeping the driveway from washing down the hill is definitely a crucial one! Great work by the crew today. 💪

Happy Easter from the Level Contracting crew! 🐣🐾

We traded in our hard hats for a different kind of project today. Our Chief Morale Officer, Penny, is busy supervising the newest (and smallest) members of our extended family. She says they don't know much about framing yet, but they're quick learners. 😂

We hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday filled with family, good food, and a little well-deserved rest.

Welcome Home to the newest Level Contracting family! 🔑 We just closed on this stunning new build and couldn’t be happier for the owners.

Now that the structure is complete and the interiors are looking perfect, our final focus is the exterior finish. A new driveway and large green lawn are next on the list just as soon as MN weather allows!

The best sign of warmer days ahead? We saw a big robin hanging around while capturing this shot. It’s a sure sign that planting season (and a finished yard!) is right around the corner. 🐦🌱
