🚧 Welcome to the Team! 🚧

We are excited to have Jackson, Damon, and Nate joining us this summer at MC Fiber!

These talented students are currently enrolled in the Heavy Equipment Program at Central Lakes College in Staples and will be spending the summer gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field. They will return to school in August to complete their final year of the program and are expected to graduate in May 2027.

We are proud to be a part of their journey and help them build the skills and experience needed for a successful career in the industry. We look forward to working with them this summer and hope they find a long-term career home here at MC Fiber!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the construction industry continues to face some of the highest rates of mental health challenges among workers.

This week, MC Fiber employees received mental health resource bags that included information and resources from our friends at Smiles for Jake Movement, along with a few extra goodies as a reminder that support matters.

At MC Fiber, we believe creating a strong team means supporting one another both on and off the job site. We want our employees to know it’s okay to talk about mental health, ask for help, and lean on those around them when needed.

The Equipment Operator will safely and effectively run a variety of equipment used for the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground telecommunications utilities.

💲 Pay: $25-30/hour based on experience
➕ Extra $2/hour for those who have a CDL
