* Proven landscape maintenance experience (mowing, trimming, pruning, plant knowledge)
* Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a truck and trailer
* Ability to lead a crew and manage daily job tasks efficiently
* Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a maintenance crew on residential and commercial properties
* Ensure quality standards are met on every job
* Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment safely
* Communicate with management and clients as needed
