We have not completely eliminated paper or meetings, but we have put a big dent in them. We have gone online. Our field technicians and project managers/contractors staff now have the capability of inputting information into the system where it can be seen by all concerned in real time. However, if you still need a book we can do that too.

It was now the 21st century; all of those books and paper-work seemed antiquated. Meetings consumed too much of everyone's time. Surely there was a better way.The new business model would deal with this, using modern technology. Las Vegas Building Commissioning, LLC was born

The new business model was to be based on honesty, integrity, and a new spirit of being a part of the construction team rather than an adversary. If the commissioning agent could help the contractor resolve a problem as it appeared, the project would move toward completion much smoother than if there was a big surprise near the end.
