The 19c. carriage house was on the property when our Brookline project began; both the client and team wanted to preserve its historic charm while updating the interiors for everyday use. Expansive windows, exposed beams and a three-story family and entertainment room achieve this marriage of old and new, with glass and steel stairs leading to a powder room and office.

Completed in collaboration with Citizen Artist, Noury-Ello Architects, and Youngblood Builders.
