Drafting and design is my passion. It is the one job that day dreaming is part of the job... if you know me you know that it is perfect for me. I love to help people put on paper what they are thinking and guide them into expressing what they want without being pushy or time constrained. I have found over the past couple decades that if ya push then it distorts the vision... ya have to let it come
on its own. And it evolves as you go through the process. It really does not matter what your idea is... I have done plans off of bar napkins so if you can even start to describe what you want we can get there. Like I said Dreams By Design has been around for a long time and I have drawn many homes in southern Idaho. Although I am not a licensed Architect I have 20+ years of drawing up houses for people just like you and experience is important to the quality of your build job... not to say that there are never any bumps... we are building a house, a lot of different things have to come together so there is always going to be something but we can minimize it. I believe in giving you a couple chances to change the plans up because when it is on paper in front of you it changes and you can see where you want this or that and I like to give you the chance to modify your dream. I also believe that you should be able to afford these plans so I price them to fit your situation. I do a lot of plans for different builder and overflow from architects and have a great rate for them as well. If you need plans I would love to work with you.
