CHRIST THROUGH US.
That is the entire mission.
Christ was a carpenter, builder, contractor, and craftsman — which raises a question almost nobody asks.
The world studies the final 3 years of His public ministry. But what if there is 10 times more we are missing by treating the previous 30 years as separate from what He came to teach us?
What would it have been like to be His customer?
That question will not leave us, because it opens a door into something far bigger than trades, projects, or business. It reveals a standard the human soul recognizes.
Before this life, we were not idle.
After this life, we will not be idle.
Contribution is apprenticeship for godhood.
Christ did not create and redeem us merely to return us from debt to zero. He came to make us joint-heirs, creators, stewards, rulers over many things, children invited into the Father’s house, the Father’s work, and the Father’s joy.
The Creator is still creating. The Redeemer is still restoring. The King is still among His Kingdom. And His chosen method has always been partnership.
Not Christ instead of you.
Christ through you.
That is the doctrine at the center of everything we do.
Put it to the test:
“Christ, flow through me as Thy channel. Thou art capable, so I do not need to be. Thee through me. I step aside and let You live through me in this circumstance.”
Then watch.
Watch effort give way to flow. Watch fear give way to faith. Watch self-consciousness give way to service. Watch vices fall aside because identity and purpose have become too compelling to compete with.
That is Christ’s Way.
A beacon.
A gathering place.
An army of contributors.
An alliance of tradespeople, leaders, creators, parents, entrepreneurs, servants, and visionaries who believe organized labor can become a legacy of love; craftsmanship can become worship; contribution can become consecration; and ordinary people can become extraordinary channels for the character and power of Christ.
The visible work is the smallest part.
The greater work is helping people experience what Christ’s character feels like.
Love made practical.
Excellence made normal.
Stewardship made sacred.
Service made unforgettable.
The highest form of craftsmanship is oneness with the One who crafted you.
Work only matters because people matter.
And people matter because their worth is infinite.
When Christ returns, contribution will not end. Creation will not end. Stewardship will not end. Excellence will not end. Meaningful work will not end.
The economy of heaven is not consumption.
It is creation, stewardship, contribution, empowerment, exaltation, and love made living.
We are building what remains.
We are practicing now for what lasts forever.
Experience it, and then come see how addictive it is to be God’s channel of joy, grace and giving! Your soul is meant to be, do and have ALL Christ is, does and has!
How?
By His power.
For His glory.
