🏗️ Latest Update on Ten Mile Storage Condos

It’s been another exciting week on site! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our groundbreaking ceremony. We appreciate the incredible support from our buyers, project partners, and community as we continue bringing this project to life.

Here’s what’s happening on site:

✅ All Phase 1 seepage beds are complete and ready for grading and roadway construction.

This phase included:
🪨 400 tons of drain rock
🏖️ 40 tons of sand
🚜 20 tons of pit run

Our crews are now clearing excess materials, surveying underground utilities, and preparing for the next phase of construction.

Coming up next:
💧 Sewer and water main installation
⚡ Idaho Power transformer locations
🏗️ Rebar placement and building pad preparation

Every week brings new progress, and we’re excited to keep sharing the journey.
