This was done for a customer by someone that said they knew how to work on pumps. I’ve been doing this for 44 years. Nope this is not how you install & wire a pump!!!!! Hot wire of pump does not connect to bare ground wire. You do not connect hot pump wire & ground together then to power supply!!!!!!!
