Before and afters of a bathroom refresh I finished up recently.

This project included my first arch shower, a matching tile backsplash, a new vanity, and new cabinets for extra laundry and bathroom storage.

Now that this project is wrapped up, I want to thank the C family for trusting me to bring their vision to life for their lake house.

Here’s some of what went into the transformation:

•Rebuilt the interior from the studs up

•Opened the floor plan by removing a room and adding a structural beam

•Constructed custom structural posts and a faux beam to complement them

•Closed off the garage and turned it into a living/entertaining space

•Added a mud room and utility room in the basement

•Built reading benches in two bedrooms

•Replaced all interior doors and the front exterior door

•Added a composite deck and railing on the front of the house

Excited to share that I’ve officially started my own business — CLM Construction LLC.

After 12 years of working in the trade, I decided it was time to go out on my own. Starting this business has been a long-term goal, and I’m proud to finally make it happen.

I’ll be taking on projects around Faribault and Martin counties, including whole-home remodels, additions, exterior upgrades and more. If you’re looking for solid, dependable work — or know someone who is — I’d really appreciate the support.
