I've had numerous inquiries regarding my stump grinding rates. My primary offer involves a comprehensive service, where I eliminate 100% of the waste and chase the roots, which may necessitate significant yard restoration, including backfilling, seeding, and straw application. Alternatively, I can provide a quote for merely grinding the stump, leaving all waste and debris for the client to handle. My third option involves placing the job on my schedule, ensuring completion within the next eight months, with the client responsible for waste disposal. It's essential to note that this is not a value judgment, as each stump has its unique priority level, which I also apply to the stumps on my own property. When engaging any company, it's crucial to inquire about the specific services included in the price. Notably, approximately 50% of the stumps I grind have already been paid for by other companies, indicating a common need for rework.
