My job as a general contractor is to provide carpentry services or help you manage a job involving multiple trades. We consult from design to completion, and project manage every stage in between. However, if you’re looking for a specific trade for a specific job, we’re not going to stand in the way of that. We’d be happy to refer you directly to one of our subcontractors. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We just finished converting a bedroom into an office. Unfortunately, we don’t have any “before” pictures for this one, but we replaced carpet with hardwood floors to match the rest of the house. In addition, we replaced doors, trim and baseboard, re-textured the ceiling, and primed/ painted throughout. The finishing touch was a LED light fixture to brighten up the atmosphere. This transformation adds timeless appeal and enhances resale value.

We just finished another bathroom in Eden Prairie, and the end result is beautiful. It features great lighting and bright colors complimented with cool darker-toned tile.

We’ve had a busy start to 2025. So far, our portfolio includes several bathroom remodels, a few kitchen remodels, a basement renovation, and a handful of smaller projects, with much more on the horizon. Here are some before-and-after photos of a few bathrooms we recently completed, as well as exterior work we did on a Cape Cod style home in South Minneapolis—replacing shutters and installing flower boxes. We just finished this bathroom last week for a wonderful family in West Bloomington. We removed the soffit; converted lighting to LED; re-tiled the floor and shower; installed a new vanity and glass shower door with a side panel; and primed/painted the walls and ceiling. The end result is a fresh new/updated look with contrasting tones that facilitate more and better light distribution throughout. We even came in under budget!

The fall season is off to a busy start for us and we’re frequently asked if we can accommodate small projects. We take pride in our work regardless of job size and scope. In fact, we recently finished installing a kitchen backsplash for one client and an awning for another.
