The riders in second leg of 2026 CEM 900 ride are making their way along the Root River trails. They had to do some riding in the rain on Sunday, but made their way just fine. And they made a stop in Whalan to have a piece of the “world’s best pie!” We are so very grateful for the peddlers and supporters of this amazing fundraiser that honors Christian Elder and invests in local youth mentoring through Kids 'n Kinship. The 21st annual CEM ride is underway! This year the CEM 900 teams will be riding in two separate legs across Minnesota, stretching from the Root River to the Iron Range. The first leg got started on Monday and will be riding from Grand Rapids to Ely along the Mesabi Trail.

We're blown away once again by the generosity of the Christian Elder Memorial 900 ride that raised $37,000 for Kids 'n Kinship.
