Some of my must have herbs, flowers, and fruits we unfortunately missed out on this year due to weather, timing, and user error/planting mistakes… and it’s breaking my heart… 💗🥺

•Chamomile (German)-seeds germinated just didn’t thrive at.all.
Dried for tea.

•Elderberry- weather!
Used to make seasonal immunity boosting syrup and tinctures.

•Caldenula- Should have planted WAY more & in a much sunnier spot.
Blooms used in diy skin care.

•Cosmos- had quite a few but way too sparsely planted.
Whimsical & light in arrangements and great seed producers.

Sheet Day Hack:

Keep 2 sets of sheets for every bed in the house. Remove dirty sheets, immediately put on clean set, and walk away accomplished!!
You’ll never go to bed tired only to find a bare bed ever again. 🙌🏻

Extra tip: prioritize washing and drying any extra blankets/comforters or duvet covers FIRST, so they can be ready for that night if sleeping without them is not an option- Where are all the finicky sleepers 😅🙋🏻‍♀️

Sharing because I wish I did this sooner!!
For anyone with an old house that has outlets few and far between, invest in battery operated light sensing motion activated nightlights.
Life changer.
Installed some going down our main staircase, yesterday, and having an auto lit path without turning on a giant overhead light or having to grab a flashlight/phone is going to be soooooo nice.

10/10 recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻

Although my kitchen may smell like a giant garlic burp every time I open this jar… and my breath may be juuuuust little off 😅 for the following cold & flu season, I’m predicting the health benefits of this remedy far outweigh the cons.
🤔😝

*While we’ve used garlic honey in the past, I have recently learned I hadn’t fermented it fully and missed out on its true medicinal qualities*
