A new exterior door can certainly give your home a fresh look, but appearance is only part of the reason homeowners choose to replace an older door.

An unfinished or outdated basement can hold a lot of untapped potential. With the right plan and quality craftsmanship, that space can become one of the most useful and enjoyable areas of your home.

Here are a few basement renovations our team has completed, each designed around what the homeowner wanted from their space.

One project became a complete extension of the home with a finished bathroom, kitchenette, office, and family room featuring a beautiful stone fireplace. Another incorporated a stone-finished backdrop for a wood-burning stove, creating a warm focal point for the room.
