Finished up this new construction home. Starting at the shoreline on the Toccoa River, we installed custom boulder steps for easy river access, stabilized the shoreline with riprap, and completed all underground drainage for the homesite and gutters. This creek bank was failing fast — heavy washout, undercutting, and losing ground every time it rained. On top of that, this stretch of creek actually acts like a natural dam, making it critical to stabilize before things got worse.
