Client had a previous company out that made an ugly ridge vent patch that was definitely going to cause water damage in roof sheeting because of exposed screws. We got the old patch repaired with a proper metal patch and got all the holes sealed up with roof sealant. Sealed up both soffit junctions and fascia using custom coilstock metal patches to mitigate mice and squirrel entry into the attic space.

Custom coilstock metal patches done as preventative work for one of my clients. Their neighbors had squirrels get into their soffits on a brand new 1 year old home due to builders gaps. Smart on them for getting me out before they moved over to their home!

Adult bat removed by hand for a client's emergency animal removal call. We got it swiftly removed within 45 mins of receiving the call, and also got the clients house sealed up to mitigate further bat entry into the roofline of the home.

Groundhog madness, back to back captures within the first 30 minutes of setting our positive trap set. Along with a couple bonus juvenile racoons as a cherry on top for the client! These little rascals were tearing up my clients yard to get under their deck.
