After numerous permits, inspections, meetings with the city, and some traffic management to boot, we’ve completed the first phase of a monolithic shop pad foundation for a client’s dream garage. Once finished it’ll be fully equipped with a floor drain, utilities, and tons of space for countless projects.
‎
Now we’ve got the plumbing and electrical crews set up for success. Once they crush their part, we add and finish the concrete — then it’s on to the build!

We couldn't ignore the demand for concrete work any longer! This year, we've put a lot of effort into growing this side of the business.

It's been incredibly rewarding to watch our crew develop their own processes, build efficient systems, and grow together as a team. With how hard these guys work every day, it's awesome to see them laughing and enjoying the process once the day is done.

Big commercial work comes with big expectations—and this project was no exception.

This job, right in front of a major box store, had a lot going on: tight timelines, constant traffic, multiple moving parts, and strict specs that had to be met every step of the way.
