Every great space has a story, and this one starts with two little girls, a whole lot of imagination, and a dusty attic just waiting to become something extraordinary.

When this sweet family came to us dreaming of a creative studio space for their daughters, we knew right away, this forgotten space tucked beneath the roofline wasn't wasted square footage. It was a blank canvas waiting for its moment.

From the first sketch on the blueprint to the quiet, careful moment of running little fingers across fabric swatches to find just the right one, every step has been intentional and full of heart. These photos tell that story. The raw bones of a space transforming in real time.
