Current project on the boards update: Hobbs Cove, Hobbit House (Tolkien) with a Storybook Cottage, is in Phase 4 Construction Documentation working on creating the Estate Level Permit Plan Set Package. Hopefully fingers crossed, will be sending out for permit at the end of the month. Floor plan is mid construction dim set (work in progress will update later, final version) for those of you who like to compare plans with renderings. This project was started in August with Feasibility Studies, very unique home. .
