Another beautiful stamped concrete project completed by HSM Construction & Development LLC! 🔥

This project features a large stamped concrete patio and walkway with a custom curved seating wall, giving this backyard a clean, high-end look and the perfect space for entertaining. We also installed a decorative stone drainage swale and completed final grading and seeding to tie everything together.

The ashlar slate stamp pattern and color combination really brought this project to life, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. A huge thank you to our customers for trusting us with their vision!

🚧 Big Sewer Job Completed! 🚧

This was one of the more challenging sewer line replacements we’ve taken on, but our crew got it done safely and efficiently. From excavation to installation, we tackled the depth, maintained proper grade, and ensured everything was installed correctly for a long-lasting sewer system.

We recently completed the foundation work for a new home addition. Our crew excavated the entire foundation area to the required depth and dimensions, ensuring a solid base for construction. We then formed and poured a reinforced concrete footing to provide proper structural support. Once the footing was completed, we installed and poured insulated concrete form (ICF) walls, creating a strong, energy-efficient foundation system ready for the next phase of the build.

Another big concrete project wrapped up by HSM Construction & Development 💪

We completed two large concrete driveways along with new walkways, and also installed a riprap drainage ditch along the side to help improve water flow and protect the driveway from washout issues. Everything came out clean and built to last.

Old water line was broken and pouring water. We came in, dug it up, and replaced the entire line from the house all the way to the curb box. Part of the run was done with the hole hog, and the rest had to be hand dug to safely get under all the existing utilities. Got the new line in, backfilled everything, and now the homeowner’s water is back on and good as new. 💧🔧

This property had an old Orangeburg sewer line that completely collapsed and stopped draining. We performed a deep excavation to safely reach the damaged section, removed the deteriorated pipe, and installed new SDR-35 sewer line for a long-lasting, reliable fix. Backfilled properly and brought back to grade — system is now flowing the way it should.

Another solid repair done right. 🚧💪
