We relocated the front window so it was centered. Built an eyebrow facade. Redid the post under the front porch. Replaced the doors, storm doors, windows including an octagon window. New soffit and fascia and window wraps with iron gray colored metal. Installed new siding around the house as well.

We finished up this kitchen/dining room last week. Ran new electric so things could be on their own designated breaker, under cabinet lighting, recessed lighting. Taller custom cabinets for more storage with soft close, doors and drawers. Painting, flooring, trim, Beautiful tile backsplash,  The island is on casters so you can move it on demand with a stain and finish butcher black countertop. Reverse osmosis water. This old porch was literally in its last leg, sucking so much that the stucco was starting to fall off. We tore it off, jacked up the second floor with the roof and rebuilt it. Added recessed lighting on a dimmer switch. Beautifully stained tongue and groove ceiling and decking and handrail tops. Refurbished the antique doors and installed new handles. Re screened the storm doors. Resurfaced the concrete steps and added composite handrails. Siding and wrapped the posts and beams in azek. Virtually maintenance free. Also sod the side steps, wrapped and seals on the garage door. Inside: ceiling fans, cabinet trim and toe kick, some electrical work. We noticed that there were other houses on this street with the same problem, probably built by the same builders at the time, a lot of people asked if we could take a look at their porch, so this will probably lead to more jobs of this nature!

We finished this four season room for one of our favorite repeat customers today. This came out beautiful and she can enjoy it any time of the year!

We helped out a great customer of ours to get her house ready for the market. Finished and installed some interior doors, got a couple closets ready for paint, and jacked up the back of the addition and fixed up the walls and ceiling afterwards.

We’re almost finished with this flip house that we’ve been working on for the past couple of months. It’s been a huge transformation in every square foot of this house! there was beautiful hardwood underneath the carpet that still needs to get finished and other finishing touches and then will be ready to go on the market.

We had a three day deadline to have this ceiling done by the first. Including electric, lighting, fire alarms, and heat ducts. We did it!!
