Huge thank you to Mark Dawson with Century 21 Americana for taking the crew out golfing. Safe to say our golf game might need some work, but building houses is definitely more our speed. We had a great time and really appreciate it!

Just wrapped up the siding on this one and we’re pretty happy with how it turned out. The blue-gray with the white trim and stone looks so good together.

This single-level home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an oversized 3-stall garage, with an extra-deep third stall offering plenty of room for vehicles, toys, storage, or a workspace.

Tucked into a quiet neighborhood with no neighbors directly behind, this property gets the best of both worlds, close to town while still having a little extra breathing room.

Still a ways to go, but it’s starting to take shape. Can’t wait to see this one finished!

Meadowlark is looking a whole lot different since our last update!

Windows are in, concrete is poured, and those garage doors are definitely stealing the show.

There’s still plenty of work to do, but it’s always fun when a build gets to this stage and you can really start to see the finished home taking shape.

We’ll keep you posted as this one keeps coming together!
