The Korte Company was awarded the Naval Station Newport Central Lodging facility, a 122,000 square foot design-build full-service hotel which serves as the main check-in point for all base lodging at the Naval Station Newport (NAVSTA Newport) location.

GDS did the framing, drywall, ceilings & carpentry on the recently completed New Canaan YMCA for A.P. Construction. Check out the video to see this impressive project.

A.P. Construction Company has completed the new state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facilities at the New Canaan YMCA. A 60,568 square-foot renovation and new addition is part of the second major phase in upgrading the complex. A.P. Construction completed the first phase in 2016.

We are wrapping up our work at the Cheney Bennett Academy in Manchester, CT. Next up we will be working on the Waddell Elementary School renovation also in Manchester.

GDS Contracting carpenter Nelson Osegueda was tragically killed in a car accident Saturday morning. We have created a gofundme page to help raise money for his family that he has left behind.
