🚨 Hidden Water Damage? We’ve Got You Covered! 🚨

What started with damp carpet and a weak spot in the floor led our crew to make an exploratory cut into the OSB subfloor — and what we found was significant water damage that appeared to have been developing for quite some time, potentially over several years.

After tracing the source, we discovered the HVAC condensation drain line had never been properly stubbed outside the building, forcing the water to take an alternate route — down between the floor joists and into the crawlspace.

With extensive damage present, our crew got to work. We demolished the damaged area, reconstructed and reframed the floor, installed a new subfloor, and finished everything off with fresh new carpet. 🛠️🏠

Another damaged floor brought back to life and another customer taken care of the Anglin Enterprises way!

🚪 Another project wrapped up by Anglin Enterprises LLC!

This solid hardwood door with window lights was in rough shape after years of exposure to sun and rain. The finish was severely damaged, with cracked, flaky, and weathered wood throughout.

We brought it back to life by starting with 80-grit, working our way through 120, 220, and finally 320-grit for a smooth, clean finish. We finished it off with Minwax Honey stain and a polyurethane finish to protect and bring out the natural beauty of the hardwood.

This door is ready to stand up to the elements and last another lifetime! 🏡✨

🏠✨ Another transformation completed by Anglin Enterprises LLC!

Today we wrapped up a quick refresh of this space at Great Commission Church — my very own church home. 🙏

This fellowship hall had seen plenty of marks, scuffs, dents, and holes over the years, but honestly, those imperfections came from some pretty great things.

From kids learning, playing, and growing through Kingdom Kids Christian Academy, to fellowship and Sunday messages shared in this room, these walls have seen a whole lot of life. ❤️

We gave the space a much-needed facelift with:

🎨 Fresh paint
🖌️ Trim paint
✨ Finishing touches to bring everything back to life

We’re thankful for the opportunity to use the skills God has given us to serve our community and, in this case, our church family.

Just another day at Anglin Enterprises LLC! 😂💪

When the job is in a remote part of the Boone National Forest, you never quite know what you’re getting into!

A bush-hog operator accidentally took out our customer’s water supply line from the well pump. Normally, that might be a pretty straightforward repair… except this particular waterline runs through a small lake! 🌊😂

So we loaded up, made our way into the remote property, tracked down the problem, and got to work. The repair required getting in the water to access and repair the line — thankfully, it wasn’t any deeper! Let’s just say the job required swimming trunks to some degree. 😂

We got the waterline repaired and protected, customer now has running to the camper sites.

The good news is, we’ll be completing future work at this site that will eliminate the silly waterline running through the lake altogether. Until then… she’ll be sitting safely at the bottom of the lake! 😂🌊

💧 Another Water Damage Repair Completed! 🛠️

Anglin Enterprises LLC recently completed another repair caused by water intrusion around a window casing.

We began with a thorough inspection to identify the source of the leak and assess the extent of the damage. Any damaged wood was removed, and the remaining areas were treated with an antimicrobial compound to help eliminate and prevent mold growth.

Next, we applied Zinsser Mold Killing Primer before replacing the damaged insulation and drywall. To complete the project, we applied a smooth, seamless coat of paint that brought everything together beautifully. 👌
