🚨 A small exterior issue turned into a major safety concern!

This home did not have proper flashing installed around the exterior dryer vent, allowing water to enter the dryer exhaust pipe. Over time, the moisture caused the vent to clog, creating a serious fire hazard.

The water also caused the exhaust pipe to deteriorate, leading to moisture and condensation damage to the garage ceiling drywall.

Our team was able to come in and make the necessary repairs, including:

✔️ Replacing the damaged dryer exhaust pipe
✔️ Installing new insulation
✔️ Installing new drywall
✔️ Taping and finishing the ceiling
✔️ Painting and restoring the garage ceiling
