Full home LVP install in the books ✅🏡

This one was for a beautiful lake house being renovated for the owner’s mother-in-law ❤️
I used a pressure-sensitive adhesive, confirmed it with the manufacturer, and the results came out clean and smooth 🪵🔒

Every board placed with care. The floors brought the whole space back to life ✨

Custom from top to bottom!🤯

This 3,200 sqft estate came packed with high-end finishes, and I handled all of the wood flooring and every shower in the house. 🛠️🪵

The master bathroom got a full white marble shower — clean, bright, and built to impress. 🤍🛁

The other three showers were tailored specifically for their kids, each with its own style! From a wood-look tile setup to a full 70s inspired bathroom with black subway tile and Octagon and Dot flooring. Every space was built with intention! 🖤⚪️

Topped it all off with a 20ft matte black large-format tile fireplace that turned the living room into a statement. 🔥🖤

Rustic, Custom, and Built to last.

This backsplash was designed to match the ranch lifestyle! A vintage terracotta tile with warm tones and an old-world feel. 🧱🔥

The customer and I agreed it needed decorative trim to frame it in and give it a clean, finished look that fits the space perfectly!

And under that protective paper you ask? A handcrafted butcher block made from their grandparents’ old chest — a piece of family history, brought back to life. 🪵✨

Another one in the books 🤘🏼

I handled all of the wood flooring throughout this 15 million dollar, 10,000 square foot estate. From layout to final coat, every inch was dialed in over the course of 8 months. 🪵🏡

Too much ground to cover in one post, but I’ll drop a few shots here to give you a feel for the scale of this project.

Took this backsplash down to the bare wall, removed the old tile, prepped it right, and brought it back with a tight grid of small white squares. ⬜️🧱

Simple doesn’t mean basic. The clean layout and bright tone give the space a crisp, modern feel. Every cut sharp. Every line dialed.
