Fun Fact Friday!

Did you know that appliance and equipment that are “off” still use power.

-this is called phantom load. And many of the culprits are household items.
-lamps, tv’s, video game consoles, microwaves,
Coffee maker and more are apart of the problem.
-an easy way to save energy is to unplug what is not needed or add an adapter with a power switch. That way you do not have to physically unplug everything.

Lots of phantom load can come from your kitchen. Take a look and see where you can conserve.

Conscious decisions can save you money! Conserve when you can!
