One of the jobs this week was rebuilding this front porch and side stair railings. Home was built in 1966 so nothing is sqaure or plumb but when I was done the front porch was level and plumb, but not sqaure lol all I know is the client was super happy and I quote "I may recommend you for other work" which i dont know is a compliment or kinda a insult lol

Light Grey and staind cabinets with quartzite countertops, glass upper doors, black hardware, and white "fish scale" tile back splash (i don't know what's the real name of it). I built a one of hood vent and had my painter match the colors of the Grey uppers

Tool tuesday my shop set up is very basic basically designed to pick up and go for the most part. I dont have a planer at the moment, yet the money and proper power alone for a 16" planer. But I have scrap wood and routers so I built a router sled. Will get a surfacing bit to smooth it out better but made the job easier to build some replacement column bases for my historic project.

A deck revival project frame and structure was in good condition for the most part did some rot repair and replaced a few joist then new decking, railings and stairs. If your frame is in good condition just revive it in my opinion, this is a cost efficient way to enjoy some outdoor living.

Progress of a simple master closet system. Stock base cabinets modified for a furniture base with butcher block countertops and built on site uppers. Finished with black hardware. And my painters finished with matching finish with the existing house trim.
