🏡 BRISTOL, PA KITCHEN TRANSFORMATION 🏡

This kitchen renovation was a little different from what we normally do — we actually made the kitchen smaller!

Why? Because part of the existing space was used to create something even more valuable for this homeowner: a new bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor.

That meant our job was to make every inch of the remaining kitchen count. 🔨

We completely reworked the layout, relocating the sink to one side and the range to the other to create a kitchen that feels organized, functional, and fresh.

And like many remodeling projects, once we started opening things up, we found a few surprises! 😳

After removing the old gold drop ceiling, we discovered considerably more electrical work than originally anticipated. We addressed everything properly, updated what needed to be updated, and kept the project moving forward.

The finished kitchen features:

✨ Brand-new flooring
✨ Beautiful quartz countertops
✨ Stunning tile backsplash
✨ New cabinetry & complementary hardware
✨ New appliance installation
✨ Updated electrical and lighting
✨ Complete professional paint job
✨ A redesigned layout that maximizes the available space

We may have lost some square footage, but we gained a kitchen that makes much better use of every square foot we had to work with.

🏡 A First-Floor Transformation Designed for Comfort & Accessibility in Bristol,PA

This was a unique two-part project involving both a kitchen and bathroom renovation. First up—the bathroom and new first-floor living space!

We divided the existing kitchen area and completely removed the old powder room to create a full bathroom with a custom stand-up shower.

🚿 Because the shower was only 4 feet long, a traditional built-in bench would have taken up too much valuable space. Instead, we installed a fold-down shower bench, giving the customer seating when needed while keeping the shower open and accessible. We also installed safety grab bars based on the customer’s individual needs.

The shower received a complete custom tile installation on the walls and floor, creating a clean, finished look while maintaining functionality and accessibility.

But this renovation was about much more than the bathroom.

🛏️ With the remaining space, we created a first-floor bedroom, allowing the customer to comfortably stay on the first floor of their home without needing to rely on the stairs.

We also:
• Added new lighting in the shower, bathroom, and bedroom area
• Relocated the baseboard heat to keep the new space comfortable during the winter
• Added an air-conditioning unit on the back wall for summertime comfort
• Designed the entire space around easier everyday access and long-term use

The end result is a comfortable, functional first-floor bedroom and full bathroom designed to help this customer enjoy their home for years to come.

A beautiful kitchen transformation in Somerton! ✨

This unique home has concrete floors and ceilings, making renovations a little more challenging—but our experience working on several homes in this neighborhood helped us bring the designer’s vision to life.

We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open, welcoming layout. The completed kitchen now wraps around the corner and features:

☕ A dedicated coffee bar
🏝️ A grand kitchen island
✨ A hidden appliance area
💡 Beautiful new lighting
🍳 A relocated oven and an exterior-venting hood
🚰 A relocated sink
🔌 Conveniently placed outlets throughout

We absolutely love how this space came together! House of Lilies and Davidson & Son are a great combination. 🤝

✨ Primary Suite Transformation in Morrisville, PA ✨

This project came to us through a referral from House of Lilies and included a complete renovation of the primary bedroom and bathroom.

We removed the bedroom’s existing closet and used the additional space to expand the bathroom and create a spacious new shower. The homeowners selected beautiful green tile, a light accent tile, and brushed-brass finishes for a warm, elegant look.

The completed bathroom also features a Cove vanity, two round mirrors, coordinating lights, a sleek new toilet, and large-format floor tiles that minimize grout lines.

To replace the original closet, we built a new one on the opposite side of the bedroom, creating a comfortable and functional primary suite.

We loved working with these homeowners and bringing their vision to life!
