🏡 Bathroom Remodel Series – 3 of 3! 🏡
This is the third and final bathroom we completed for this customer. Over the course of these last three projects, we had the opportunity to transform all three bathrooms in their home. We are incredibly grateful that after completing the first bathroom, they trusted Davidson and Son to return and renovate the second and third as well.
For this bathroom remodel, we removed the old plastic tub surround and completely transformed the space into a much larger, more functional shower area.
One detail you'll notice in the photos is how we extended the shower threshold all the way to the edge of the doorway. By maximizing every inch available, we were able to create a larger and more comfortable shower without changing the overall footprint of the bathroom.
We kept the major fixtures in their original locations while upgrading everything throughout the room. The project included:
✅ Enlarged custom tile shower
✅ Floor-to-ceiling shower tile
✅ Built-in niche for storage
✅ Stunning herringbone tile pattern on the shower walls
✅ New bathroom floor tile
✅ New vanity and toilet
✅ Upgraded lighting fixtures
✅ New plumbing fixtures throughout
✅ Crown molding around the entire bathroom
✅ Fresh paint to complete the look
The true eye-catcher in this bathroom is the herringbone tile pattern. This is one of the more challenging tile layouts to install properly, requiring precise measurements, careful cuts, and attention to detail. The extra effort is well worth it, creating a custom, high-end look that immediately grabs your attention. ✨
This project was a fantastic way to wrap up the third bathroom renovation for this family. Three bathrooms, three beautiful transformations, and one happy customer!
