The Brothers of ._112, alongside Worshipful Master Kristofer J. Daniel , made our biennial pilgrimage to African Lodge 459, the birthplace of Prince Hall Masonry.

This journey is more than tradition. It is a return to our roots. We gather to honor the legacy of Prince Hall, celebrate the establishment of African Lodge 459, the first lodge for Black men in America, and take part in the opening of a symbolic lodge where the Constitution and original charter are placed on display.

Visiting African Lodge #459 is essentia for every PHA Masonl. It grounds us in the history of perseverance, dignity, and brotherhood that paved the way for all that we are today.

Attending this meeting and participating in the tours connects us to the sacrifices made, the barriers broken, and the responsibility we carry to continue building, leading, and serving our communities with purpose.

Honoring the past. Strengthening the present. Building the future.

Grateful to WM Brian Rodgers and the Brothers of Victory Lodge #482 (Macon, GA) for joining the Brothers of ._112 for a powerful evening of fellowship and brotherhood.

“How good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.

The Brothers of W.C. Thomas Lodge No. 112 and our Sisters of Ruth Chapter No. 102 came together once again to serve our neighborhood through our annual Easter Egg Hunt at Fickett Elementary School.
What a beautiful day it was! The Fickett community showed up in full force. Families, children, and neighbors all coming together to experience the true power of community. The joy on the faces of the children, the laughter shared among families, and the spirit of togetherness on display reminded us why this work matters so deeply.

Through food, games, Easter baskets, bikes, and even a special gift for one deserving family, we were able to pour into our community in meaningful ways. But beyond the giveaways, what truly stood out was the connection. Being present, being engaged, and being a consistent source of support for our neighborhood school.

This is the impact of the Lodge and Chapter being actively involved in our community. When we invest in our schools, we invest in our future. When we show up for our children and families, we strengthen the very fabric of our Village.

Easter reminds us of renewal, hope, and love in action. Today was a living example of that spirit—serving others, uplifting one another, and choosing to be a blessing in the lives of those around us.
This is what it looks like when love leads. 💛🧡💚💜🤎🩷❤️

This morning, the Brothers of W.C. Thomas Lodge #112 had the privilege of facilitating our monthly mentoring session at J.W. Dobbs Elementary School.

Today’s conversation focused on two critical topics, peer pressure and the true meaning of leadership. We encouraged our young scholars to stand firm in their values, make positive choices, and understand that leadership is not about following the crowd, but about doing what is right, even when it’s not easy.

Moments like these remind us that mentorship matters. By investing time, sharing wisdom, and building relationships, we are helping shape confident, resilient, and purpose-driven young leaders for tomorrow.

We remain committed to showing up, pouring in, and supporting our youth because they are not just our future, they are our responsibility.

Back at it—doing what Masons do.

The Brothers showed up once again in Ben Hill to fulfill our commitment to service and stewardship of our neighborhood. Through our monthly Adopt-A-Spot initiative, we’re not just cleaning up—we’re investing in the pride, beauty, and well-being of the community we call home.

Service. Commitment. Brotherhood.

Yesterday, the Brothers of W.C. Thomas Lodge #112, along with our Worshipful Master Kristofer J. Daniel, had the honor of attending the 117th Anniversary Celebration of our siSTAR chapter, Ruth Chapter #102.

Under the leadership of Worthy Matron Tanya Dampier, the Sisters hosted an outstanding and inspiring event. The keynote address by Dr. Quinn Gentry was both powerful and motivating, centered around the theme G.R.I.N.D.:

G – Get Up Again
R – Refuse to Quit
I – Invest in Excellence
N – Nurture Your Gratitude
D – Do It

An excellent program and a wonderful celebration of legacy, perseverance, and sisterhood.

Outstanding job, Sisters! 👏🏾✨

This year, through our school engagement and mentoring efforts at Dobbs Elementary, we learned that the school’s basketball team was in need of new jerseys.

The Brothers of 112 stepped up. Coming together to raise funds and ensure our young scholars received brand new uniforms for their team.

It’s about showing up for our youth, investing in their confidence, and reminding them that their community believes in them.

If not us… then who?

In 1868, thirty-three African American men were elected to the Georgia General Assembly during Reconstruction—an extraordinary milestone in our state’s history. Yet, in August of that same year, these duly elected leaders were wrongfully expelled from office solely because of the color of their skin.

Among those courageous pioneers was Past Grand Master James M. Simms, the first Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Georgia. His leadership and legacy remain a powerful reminder of faith, fortitude, and the unyielding pursuit of justice.

On yesterday, the Brothers of W.C. Thomas Lodge #112 stood in solidarity with members of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Georgia to witness the passage of House Bill 303. This historic legislation ensures that the legacy of the “Original 33” is formally recognized, preserving their rightful place in Georgia’s history. A memorial will also be placed on the grounds of the Georgia State Capitol to honor their contributions and sacrifice.

What was once erased will now be remembered. What was once denied will now be acknowledged.

History matters. Legacy matters. Truth matters.
