Is your roof ready for El Niño? 🌧️
Maryland homeowners, if you’re not sure, now’s a good time to check. Wetter stretches and winter storms can expose existing weak spots in your roof that may have gone unnoticed during drier weather.
Before the season picks up, check for:
• Missing, loose, or damaged shingles
• Cracked or aging flashing around vents and chimneys
• Gutters clogged with leaves and debris
• Water stains or moisture in the attic
• Small leaks you’ve been putting off
• Overhanging branches near the roof
El Niño doesn’t guarantee roof damage, but an existing problem + repeated wet weather isn’t a great combination.
