Notturno Home Services

It’s time for another spotlight, and this month we’re introducing Tayla, our Lead CSR! 🌟 Tayla plays an important role in helping our customers and supporting the team, and one of her favorite things about working at Notturno is the people she gets to work with every day. She loves being part of a team where she can help others! 💙🤝

When she’s off the clock, Tayla has a pretty impressive hidden talent – she has been doing karate for 10 years! Her very first job was at Home Depot, and when it comes to her favorite season, it’s an easy choice: fall! Between Libra season and the beautiful foliage, what’s not to love? 🍂

And if Tayla had a walk-up song? “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor! 🎶 A fitting anthem for someone who brings plenty of strength and determination to the team.

Thanks for everything you bring to Notturno, Tayla. We’re lucky to have you on the team!

The Notturno crew traded tools and service calls for hockey, laughs, and a night at the Bruins game! 🏒🙌

We had an awesome time getting together for a group outing in the Ferguson Suite, cheering on the action and enjoying some well-deserved time together outside of work.

We’re grateful for the people who make up this team – and even more grateful for the chance to make memories together. Nothing like a little team bonding to remind us that the best part of Notturno is always the people! 💙

We have some very happy news to share – Briggs has officially been adopted! 🐾💙 We’re so thrilled this sweet guy found a loving home and a family who can give him all the care, patience, and love he deserves.

We’ve loved being part of Briggs’ journey and watching him take steps toward finding his forever family. Now, it’s time for his next chapter, and we couldn’t be happier for him!

A huge shout-out to Medfield Animal Shelter for everything they do for animals in our community. Thank you for giving dogs like Briggs the support and second chances they deserve. We’re so grateful to be able to support your mission! 🐶

Hey everyone! 🐾

I'm back with another , and we've got some big things happening this month! First off, Halloween – need I say more? I mean, come on, how stinking cute is this costume?! Not to mention it's so cozy.

Speaking of cozy, I've been sitting in on some Notturno meetings, and we've got a VERY exciting surprise that we're cooking up. I promised that I wouldn't spill the beans just yet (because we all know I'm awful at keeping secrets), but they never said I couldn't give a hint. 😉

Without giving too much away, it involves a very special group of people, and also being extremely comfortable – any guesses?

I know, I know, that was sort of vague, but I'm afraid if I give too much away, it'll ruin the surprise. 😬 How about this: stay tuned, and I might be able to bribe the team to drop some more hints soon. Deal? 👀

Thank you for the wonderful feedback, Richard! 🌟 A surprise Saturday water heater leak is no fun, but we’re so glad Jill and Jason could save the day. From quick scheduling to walking you through the repair, we're happy we were able to turn a stressful situation into a positive experience.

We truly appreciate your continued confidence in our team, and we're looking forward to serving you for years to come! 🤝✨
