Another successful installation completed by our team! 😎

We recently installed a Ducted Mitsubishi Electric heat pump system in the attic integrated with the home’s existing boiler for reliable backup heat during the weird New England weather.

We also added a 1-1 ductless Mitsubishi Mini Split in the basement for extra comfort in their new finished basement!

While our installation department is busy installing new equipment, our service department is out running calls and tune ups! ❄️🔥

This Customer from Franklin Ma📍called in yesterday morning for a No Hot Water/ No Heat. Our Service tech went into further diagnosing and noticed this boiler/burner was in lockout prior to us showing up. After diagnosing further we noticed this burner has not been serviced in years and the burner was extremely dirty and bad fuel flow causing misfires.

We proceeded with a full tune up on this Burner changing Filters, Nozzle , Strainer Also checked proper adjustment on the electrodes and proper combustion of this system. After replacing and cleaning we tested for all operations of the system to ensure that the system is safe and that the customer was going to have no further problems!

- New ductwork off plenum and was wrapped and sealed.
