Another Mitsubishi install complete! ❄️🔥

This Homeowner had an existing Ductless unit that was sized way to small for this basement. Instead of just swapping this unit out for the correct size one, we were able to re use it as it was the correct size for their new addition!

We installed this new 12,000 BTU Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system in the basement providing the proper BTUs the basement should have had in the first place.

Having a unit sized correctly and by a professional is a huge factor on your efficiency of the system.

Whether you’re looking to condition a bedroom, addition, garage, office, or another hard-to-heat-and-cool space, ductless systems are always a great solution.

We recently installed a Ducted Mitsubishi Electric heat pump system in the attic integrated with the home’s existing boiler for reliable backup heat during the weird New England weather.

We also added a 1-1 ductless Mitsubishi Mini Split in the basement for extra comfort in their new finished basement!
