Did you know that goldenrod and ragweed bloom at the same time? Ragweed pollen is airborne which causes allergies for most people while goldenrod pollen is heavy and drops to the ground.

Tried something new this year. Grape Hyacinth Jelly ( on the left) and Wild Violet Jelly (on the right).
Such beautiful colors and it’s kind of magical to watch it turn from a blue to purple when you add the lemon juice.
