End of day and lots of progress made!

05/08/2026

Approved plans onsite. New Deck incoming. We will be completely tearing down the existing deck. We will build a new deck with TimberTech (coconut husk) decking, trex rainescape system, custom fab guard rails, and a new concrete patio.

End of day. It was a details kind of day.
Folding boards, dialing in perfect miters, and pocket screwing every joint — because the small details are what separate good from great.

End of day update: tremendous progress on the framing.
The deck is now about 90% framed, with just a bit of blocking left and one more planter box to frame out. We’re also ready to start installing the TimberTech Advanced PVC decking in Coastline, and the finish line is starting to feel real.

25/07/2026

This recovered deck features TimberTech Advanced PVC decking in Mahogany paired with Trex Select aluminum railing, creating a warm, refined, and elevated outdoor space. The rich tones and clean finish bring a timeless look that feels every bit as premium as it looks.
Built for style. Built for durability. Built to impress.

Deck recover complete ‼️
We used TimberTech Advanced PVC decking in Coastline throughout the build, and the clean grey finish ties in perfectly with the home and existing railing. The result is a refreshed outdoor space that feels elevated, polished, and ready for summer gatherings all season long.

Here we GO‼️This week’s mission: turn this weathered cedar deck into the talk of the neighborhood. We’re giving it a full refresh with TimberTech Advanced PVC Vintage Collection in Coastline, installed as a recover over the existing frame.
Clean lines, coastal tones, and low‑maintenance performance coming right up. 🌊🛠️
