Remodels come with unseen circumstances. It happens to the best of us. This project we ran into a fire suppression issues for example.

A contractor who advertised as a Demolition contractor left this site unfinished due to not having the proper paperwork in place. We got the call to come in and finish it.
When hiring a business make sure they have the proper paperwork!!

After a full containment set up. The floor was removed and is ready for the new wood floor to be installed.

This downtown apartment is getting a decent size remodel. Of course new bathrooms, new kitchen and all new flooring. Excited to see how this turns out and proud to be part of the process for this contractor once again.
