7000 sq ft lawn to desert scape conversion. Front and back. From 12 high water output zones to 2 low output. I don’t name clients for their privacy, but I’d like to thank them for allowing Scapegoats to do the remodel.
Concrete pads, block walls, plants, trees and rock with new irrigation and w**d barrier.

Before and after for a yard in Coral Canyon.
Clients stated they didn’t use their back yard. Of course not, it was terrible. Now they have someplace to sit and enjoy. Thank you to the Gauss family for allowing us to make their dream yard.
Thanks to my vendors:
Curbing: Toby with Curb it
Rock and plants: Star nursery Dixie drive.
Pavers: Suncore (formerly sunroc)
Turf: Turf Direct

Customer imagined and designed front yard. Lots of depth, elevation changes. Flagstone patio and front walk. The walk looks to fade to one side, but that’s an illusion created by the slab shapes. It wasn’t intentional, but it caught my eye.
Thanks to the Tobler family for trusting us with their project. As a note, we did their backyard a couple years ago. They said their only regret was not doing it sooner.

Story time:
This yard was started in the fall by an unnamed landscape company. I was asked to finish the project. Initially top soil, sod, 12 plants on walkway and put in the provided pavers. They would bring in muclch after for the planters.
Sprinklers were in, curbing was in.
Identified a problem in the sprinklers system immediately. They had run 4 sprinkler heads on a single funny pipe. Pressure was terrible. So, job changed. I had to dig up half the sprinkler system and redo it.
It sucks, but it needed to be done. Told them it didn’t change the timeline. I’d be there Thursday and be done Friday. Of course after seeing the previous company falter for 6 months, they were skeptical.
Here it’s is, Friday at noon and I’m having a relaxing lunch, having completed the task.
Happy customers make great referrals and in business, it’s the best way to get new work.
