Progress continues at our Rock Solid – Evergreen project in Nutley, NJ! The roofing system is complete and the building is now watertight. MEP rough-ins for the units were completed this month, and work is continuing with wall insulation, sheetrock, and taping. Masonry has started on the north elevation, with Hardie® siding now going up in the courtyard. Utility tie-ins are also nearing completion, with gas and water in place and electrical work progressing. More updates coming soon!

Great news! Congratulations to Luis Batista, the winner of the Q3 2024 Quarterly Picture contest. His winning photo captures sitework preparing the pits for parking spaces that will feature a pervious pavement system with underdrains. This preparation is crucial for the paving scheduled for next week, which is one of the final steps in completing all sitework.
This work is conducted on our Essex Hunt Club Renovations project located in Peapack, NJ. Stay tuned for future updates!
