Well we finally hit 300 reviews! Thanks to all my customers who have taken the time to leave honest feedback. I get emails and calls all the time to remove the 1 star reviews that I have, and I always tell them the same thing, “they’re there to remind myself and customers that we are a real company, who sometimes don’t make people satisfied but we learn from our mistakes and keep improving.”

A crack pipe can ruin lives. A cracked pipe can fill up with roots. They’re both bad but, we’re experts at fixing one of them!

Customer needed some hose bibs replaced without disturbing the interior of his home. We carefully removed the brick, made the repair so he would be able to change them in 50 years when they might need it, and put the bricks back like it never even happened. Once the mortar dries, you won’t even be able to tell. Our attention to the customer’s needs and detail speak for themselves.

Yesterday we got to a customer at 1pm and had them a new 250+ foot sewer line. We dug, laid, and backfilled the line by 7pm so the customers could get to flushing again. Thanks to Red Stag Dirt and Tree Services for the top notch excavation!

Customer got tired of running out of hot water. 🚿 🥶

Now they can shower as long as they want with their new tankless water heater upgrade. 🚿 🥵

Customer wanted to have a shut off valve for their new fridge that’s being delivered. They would have had to crawl under the house to shut off the supply. 🙀 We got it installed and looking like it’s always been there. 🫡 That’s where our motto comes in, “protecting health; improving life”.

Customer had a break in the line 💔 and a stoppage ❌ After pinpointing the location we removed both and installed a new clean out. We finished the job off by sending our camera 🎥 down the line uncovering a few future potential issues before they became major. A small crack or bad connection can quickly fill up with roots.
