**Cultivating & Educating Consultants** has officially separated our two areas of service into two dedicated pages: **Cultivating With Sandra** and **Educating With Sandra**.

Why the change? Because each side of our work has grown and deserves its own space.

This page will focus on **gardening, herbalism, and practical wellness education**—helping individuals and communities learn to grow food, understand herbs, and incorporate plant-based wellness into everyday life.

This page will focus on what has been at the heart of my work for more than 30 years—**education**.

Our mission is:

Through Educating With Sandra, we will provide:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 **Parent Advocacy** — Helping families navigate Special Education/IEPs, Section 504, Bilingual & ESL programs, discipline, Title IX, academic concerns, and other educational matters.

🏫 **School & District Consulting** — Partnering with administrators and educators in leadership coaching, school improvement, student achievement, campus operations, master scheduling, bilingual/ESL programs, tutoring systems, attendance improvement, and professional development.

🌎 **Community Education** — Creating educational programs, family engagement opportunities, student workshops, and school and community initiatives—including opportunities where education and gardening come together.

Although we now have two separate pages, we remain one company: Cultivating & Educating Consultants.
